Surface Land
*Advice on surface compensation through research on area rates and market value.
*Prepare documents, crossings, notifications, and complete registrations where applicable.
*Acquisition of surface documentation for wellsites, access roads, pipelines, canals, utility right-of-ways, and plant sites, etc.
*Assistance and representation at open houses and community public relations forums.
*Assist with topographic studies for route selection for access roads, wellsite locations, and pipelines using both surface and aerial examination of proposed routes to minimize environmental impact on the area.
*Conduct surface rental reviews on wellsites, access roads, and facilities.

*Acquisition of freehold mineral leases.

Agriculture Economics
*Detailed assessment of facility impacts and how they relate to adverse effect.
*Calculation of loss of use data on a historic, current and farm specific production data.
*Preparation of investigative reports detailing the impact of weed infestations and claims of damages surrounding impacts to agricultural land.
