Canada West Land Services biggest strength is our staff. Our ability to retain staff and grow as a team has led to a highly skilled and efficient working environment. Every staff member we have has at least 7 years experience with Canada West and others have as many as 30 years of experience in the land business. Our President, Marvey Zwarich, has been in the land industry for 36 years. His ability to coordinate and consult on all projects has led to the long-term success of CWLS. The recent addition of Jarvis Nicoll (P. Ag, PSL) and Doug Bedard (A.T.T.) bring strong ties to the agriculture industry. This expertise in agricultural economics makes us an industry leader and allows us to better facilitate fair negotiations with Agricultural producers and allows us to make sound, professional recommendations to our clients. Through staff retention, we have developed a comprehensive administration system. Our record keeping and data storage allows us to access projects and data easily from the past. We have developed an auditing department that ensures that all documents and packages that leave the office are thoroughly checked to guarantee quality and accuracy. This auditing process has led to our long-standing relationships as our packages meet client’s expectations. Our entire administration staff is proficient in all areas of the land business. This allows any member of our staff to service client needs and requests.
